So I have spent a significant amount of time working through out the summer and as soon as a weekend comes along I look forward to some rest and beauty sleep. Of course nothing goes according to plan in my life and so we learn, adjust and move forward from this.
Towards the end of spring I had my mind set on getting in shape and staying healthy. That lasted about two months, of which I then ate really good food and remembered what it felt like to live on the culinary edge. Now I am realizing it is not that great and though I am still a pretty healthy eater, I can take it one step further.
This will help with exhaustion, my skin and over all health. The diet I was on back in April was called FitazFK. The diet wasn't really a diet but a detox that lead to a new and healthy way of eating. It included a twenty eight day challenge, easy recipes and an awesome work out plan.
Alongside this, I have changed my beauty routine and other little heath codes I will be abiding by. This time, I will share them with you.
